About me.
I’m a strategic coach and facilitator based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, working with mission-driven organizations across Atlantic Canada.
Born and raised in Cape Breton, I grew up understanding the value of hard work and community. After years spent learning, teaching, and leading around the world, I returned home to raise my family and help build a stronger future here.
For over a decade, I’ve helped nonprofits, small businesses, and professional service firms improve how they work. My approach combines strategy, facilitation, and coaching to help teams get aligned, stay focused, and deliver meaningful results. I believe the potential is already in your people—I help create the structure and clarity that brings it to life.
I currently serve as Chair of the Board at the MacPhee Centre for Creative Learning, a nonprofit that helps young people discover confidence, connection, and direction through creative education.
When I’m not working, I’m probably in the garden with my kids, raising chickens, reading, or playing music.
